Older Adults Program for adults 55+

Closed until further notice

Applegrove is pleased to provide programming for older adults! A full and healthy life integrates a range of activities incorporating moving, doing and learning, and that is what Applegrove offers to older adults in the neighbourhood.

The Older Adults Program will operate afternoons daily in the Applegrove Lounge on the 2nd floor of the Duke of Connaught School. Adults 55+ are welcome to enjoy a range of activities such as:

  • out and about club
  • book club
  • one-on-one computer tutoring
  • bingo
