For over 40 years, Applegrove has worked with local residents in the Queen-Greenwood area of Toronto. Services cover the age range with programs for infants, children, youth, adults and seniors. Applegrove collaborates with Toronto Community Housing and its development partners Context Inc. and RioCan to deliver the Don Summerville Scholarship program, which recognizes the commitment of tenants to bettering the world around them and cultivating change in their career field of interest. Scholarships are available to full-time and part-time students from the Don Summerville community who are pursuing post-secondary education.
